Thank you , Umer !

I never realized how much was buried so deep in me 🙏 Before this, a lot of my emotions were so deeply suppressed that my heart would just feel empty. Every so often I would look into myself, my heart, and try to identify how I feel. I would scare myself because I would just feel so empty. Not depressed, not anything else. But I honestly would have rather felt something than nothing. I was so empty. It was unbearably and strange. It has been a bit of a roller coaster. I’d feel healing, but then the emotions I was suppressing would creep up on me and take over. It is hard figuring out how to get over it. While a lot of that comes naturally with this process, it is still a lot. But life has just been so much happier
