What is the inner Child?
The “inner child” is a concept used in psychology and personal growth circles to describe a part of one’s unconscious mind that represents the child that a person once was. This idea suggests that all of the experiences, memories, traumas, and emotions from our childhood remain stored within us, shaping our beliefs, decisions, and behaviors in adulthood. By connecting with and healing our inner child, it is believed that adults can resolve childhood traumas and improve their overall mental and emotional well-being.
Several points about the inner child concept include:
Traumas and Unresolved Issues: Many adults carry wounds from their childhood. These can be due to traumatic events, neglect, misunderstandings, or a lack of emotional support. These issues can manifest in various ways in adulthood, such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and self-sabotaging behaviors.
Emotional Triggers: Often, when adults have strong emotional reactions to certain situations, it can be traced back to their inner child feeling threatened or hurt. An understanding of this can help in recognizing and managing such emotional triggers.

Your parent’s emotions and their lifestyle habits at the time of our conception and up to the age of 6 affect how your ‘Inner Child’ sees itself now. What their stress levels were, how excited or resentful they felt about you being born – everything they ate, drank, thought and did play a huge role in how safe you felt even before your were born. Dr Bradley Nelson founder of the emotion code healing system, suggests that it is typically the 3rd trimester where these emotions show up and there can also be inherited emotions passed on from past generations.
Your mother’s emotional stability and the early infant care you received from her, your father, other siblings if there were any, extended family and/or other care givers greatly affect the impact of your early years.

Big huge difference from his work. The energy connection that I had with someone was severed. On the second session I felt something lift off me and for some reason I have no interest any longer with this guy that I have been with since 2013. The session was supposed to be for the person to remove what was on him, but apparently It must have also removed some of the negative energy that was on me, which I didn’t even know there was.
