Very strong session! Not a specially comfortable feeling when old, frozen emotional energy started to melt and move, like I was being poisoned or sth but such a great relief when it was gone 🙂 Today I feel better, calmer. I also would like to appreciate Ricks communication and attitude. He is kind and really engaged in helping.
