WOW! I was curious at how it would feel to receive long-distance Reiki without being on zoom with the practitioner as that’s how I have always done it, but I found with the continuous distant Reiki I felt it immensely the first 2 days and got the perfect amount of energy that I needed. For me that was an intense healing process I slept so much the first day and still a lot the next. During my morning yoga practice I was buzzing and worked with the energy she was sending me. I highly recommend umer.
