This is my 3rd reiki session, and I’ve had different ones each time. This particular one was to give me some extra protection from an extremely toxic work environment & to shield my home better since I work remotely. I will say this – I’m in a VERY toxic job currently, and I am dealing with coworkers who are jealous, competitive, and who continually stab me in the back. I am a high performer & someone who sticks up for herself, and that’s not always a great thing to be in the Corporate world. Though the toxic energy is still very much there, I have been MUCH less reactive. I even had a coworker stab me in the back for a 2nd time, and while I did get upset about it, I didn’t go into the full rage that I internalize, which then lasts for weeks, sometimes months. This is just a bandaid, but the reiki has def taken the edge off. 🫶
